Paradigm Commercial Board

Paradigm Commercial Board is responsible for regulating and controlling the finances and activities of Paradigm Commercial plc.

The Board is chaired by Andrew Lovegrove and has eight other members, six independent (including David), one resident and two representatives of Paradigm’s management team. To view the members and their profiles by clicking on their names, click here

Paradigm Commercial Board is therefore responsible for:

• all sales activity
• new developments including scheme approval, standards and performance (including those delegated by the Paradigm Homes Board)
• temporary housing contracts (on behalf of Paradigm Homes)
• our market rent portfolio
• our commercial portfolio including shops
• performance against budgets
• delivery and standard of the service provided
• management of risk
• development of new business
• management of Paradigm Maintenance Limited contracts

The Board meet about five times a year and many members also sit on either the Paradigm Housing Group Board, Paradigm Homes Board or other committees.
