Paradigm Homes Board

Paradigm Homes Board is chaired by Mick Wright and is responsible for the main areas of activity and policy for Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited.

Paradigm Homes Board is therefore responsible for:

• the performance in all operational areas
• customer involvement and community engagement
• housing development including scheme approval, standards and performance
• the delivery of asset management
• performance against budgets
• service delivery
• development of policies for housing services
• delivery of corporate group policies such as diversity, social inclusion, customer involvement and sustainability
• determining standards of services
• hostels, Care & Repair and the Foyer
• management of risk
• developing new business

The Board meet about seven times a year and most members also sit on the main Paradigm Housing Group Board, Paradigm Commercial Board or other committees.
