Alison has over 20 years of housing experience - ranging from working in large local authorities to national housing organisations. Having started in housing management, Alison has a wide range of regeneration and community engagement experience.

As passion for helping people fulfill their potential is a core driving factor of her beliefs and she applies that to staff and customers alike.

Not being happy with 'second best', Alison has a vision for Paradigm that sees 'excellence' at the the heart of everything we do.

Jonathan has over 20 years operational transformation and service improvement experience in both Industry, working for United Biscuits and Vodafone, and Consulting, with KPMG.

He is a strong believer that cultural change is developed from within an organisation – "I have found in both industry and public sector, improving employer engagement and delivering an excellent customer experience are essential ingredients of any successful cultural change agenda”.

His new challenge, as Director of Change and Delivery, is to ensure that the Fit for the Future programme genuinely transforms Paradigm into one of the top housing providers in the country.

Tracey joined Paradigm in July 2007 heading up the Commercial Lettings & Management Team before taking on her current role of Regional Director – West Region in November 2011.

Working in the Housing sector is very different from her background in law, but having now worked for large RSLs within the greater London area, Tracey's experience covers a number of areas in Housing - including debt recovery, housing management and leasehold services.

Andrew has 25 years experience in the development and construction industry in both the private and public sectors. He has spent the last 10 years working with RSLs at director level and has been responsible for asset management, maintenance, regeneration, new-build development, rationalisation and diversity. Andrew is currently responsible for business development at Paradigm, including sales and PML our in-house maintenance contractor.

Andy has been with Paradigm since 1992 and still thinks that controlling and directing the financial strategy of a fast growing housing company, with a sense of social responsibility and a willingness to innovate, is by far the best job anyone could have. I have worked in housing for more than 25 years and joined Paradigm in late 1990 and still enjoy every minute of it ! I have fulfilled a variety of roles here, I was Head of Housing until July 2008 and Excellence Ambassador from July 2008, before taking on my current role of Regional Director – East Region in November 2011.

I'm proud to be part of Team Paradigm and what it achieves every day. I think we can achieve even more and am really looking forward to making that a reality working alongside colleagues and customers.

Jane moved to Paradigm in March 2013 from Women’s Pioneer Housing and has enjoyed working in the housing sector for over 20 years. Before joining Women’s Pioneer she was an Audit and Assurance Director with Grant Thornton having responsibility for a mixed portfolio of clients including several housing associations, companies and charities.

Jane was the firm’s housing association technical specialist providing advice and training to staff and housing clients nationally and she is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences, most recently the NHF Finance Conference (March 2013: Service Charges). She continues to keep up to date through membership of CIPFA’s housing panel and housing finance manual editorial board.

Jane is looking forward to working with the Paradigm team and is excited by the challenges of providing excellent homes and services in a tough economic climate.

Stuart's training in surveying and building management and his related qualifications has meant he has worked in private sector and public sector property services for nearly 20 years.

Starting in Chiltern Hundreds in 1997, managing Maintenance & Refurbishment, Stuart quickly moved across to Paradigm's newly formed Policy Team which he led until 2007.

In January 2008, Stuart became Head of Asset Management for Paradigm - making the most of his Property and Policy skills and experience.

Stuart has a knack of knowing what works and what doesn't when communicating information with tenants. Convinced that Paradigm's drive for excellence is becoming increasingly apparent to tenants through better services that are being more effectively and efficiently delivered, Stuart has successfully led Paradigm's CharterMark successes and is an Assessor for London Excellence.

Sarah has over 15 years generalist HR experience in the health service and pharmaceutical sectors and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Sarah joined us from Abbott Laboratories, a US broad based healthcare company. Prior to this she spent 10 years in various HR roles in the Research and Development organisation of GlaxoSmithKline. She started her HR career in the health service at the Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust.
Sarah has extensive business partnering experience and has worked with leaders and management teams on delivering talent management and succession planning; employee engagement programmes; restructuring and change management; employee relations; individual and team development and coaching. She has joined Paradigm at a time of exciting change and will be supporting the Fit for the Future programme and developing the HR business partnering model to meet the needs of the business.

Ian was originally Connaught’s Account Director before transferring in Paradigm following Connaught going into Administration in September 2010.
Heading up the maintenance team in PML, Ian believes that we now have a great opportunity to provide the excellent service that our customers expect.

Ian’s background has been in outsourcing and service delivery, and the aim is to work with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service, and demonstrate Value for Money within PML.
Ian is always interested in getting feedback on how the maintenance service is being delivered, and on how you think it could be improved.

Mike has extensive experience in Information Technology (IT) Systems and software development. After 18 years at the helm of Paradigm Housing's IT infrastructure, Mike has overseen the implementation of new customer relationship management tools and housing management tools as well as ensuring that the multiple offices have robust IT, telecommunications and on-line systems.

Kumar has worked in housing development for nearly 20 years and has a passion for developing schemes which create a sense of place and meets customer aspirations but also achieves wider benefits for the community. His wide range of development experience includes developing some of the first Foyers schemes for young people in the UK, a Night Shelter for rough sleepers and also producing a Good Practice Guide for Local labour in Construction. Kumar is currently responsible for Development Delivery at Paradigm.

Jon joined Paradigm in March 2008 to head up the newly-formed Quality and Communications department. He has over 20 years experience in public relations, corporate communications and design and has worked for some of the UK's largest companies in the water, energy and financial services sectors.

Jon was latterly at the Glasgow Housing Association, where he spent three years looking after public relations and communications to over 100,000 tenants, homeowners and their families.

As Head of Customer Engagement for Paradigm, I am passionate about delivering excellent customer services and for finding innovative ways to enable our customers to have a strong voice within the organisation that can both influence and help us to improve the way we do things.

I want every customer contact with Paradigm to be a positive one and will be working hard with our customers, our staff and our partners to make sure that we achieve this. I am responsible for both the customer services team that deal with most of the enquiries we receive into Paradigm and for the community involvement team who are providing opportunities for our customers to get involved in the organisation as well as supporting communities within which we provide housing to develop.

Before joining Paradigm in July 2007, I worked for over ten years within both the voluntary and public sector. I began my career working in large hostels for single homeless people, moving on to manage housing advice and resettlement services in East Berkshire. Before joining Paradigm I worked as an Assistant Director within an NHS trust that was responsible for planning and delivering healthcare to a population of over 250,000 people.

I am passionate about people and am driven by wanting to make a difference.
