Communicating with you
Paradigm are members of Happy to Translate (HTT), an award-winning not-for-profit initiative which uses specialist tools and training to help people overcome communication barriers.
We display its distinctive logo on reception at our Chesham office to show customers the service is available. If a customer cannot communicate effectively in English, the HTT toolkit provides pages of flags and phrases in different languages to help.
We are Happy to Translate!
Happy to Translate sums up Paradigm’s approach to translations and interpretation services. We will make sure no one is disadvantaged because they cannot speak fluent English or because they suffer from physical disabilities such as partial sight or deafness.

We have also installed the 'Google Translate' tool on this website. This allows you to translate any of our web pages into a wide range of languages. You can find the 'Translate' option at the very top of this webpage.

Deaf or hard of hearing
We have hearing loops in our Chesham office. When you attend an appointment please ask to use one. Alternatively we can provide a signer if you ask us to book one in advance.
Please note: If you do ask for a translation, large-print, braille or audio alternative we will discuss all available options with you, just to make sure we provide the most appropriate format.
