If we get things wrong we want you to tell us, so we can put them right and learn from our mistakes. And when we get it right, it's always nice to know! Even better, if you have a suggestion to improve our services, we'd love to know.
All feedback we receive from customers will be logged and used to help influence and shape services in the future.
Unhappy with our service?
If you aren't happy with our service, let us know as soon as you can and we can put it right quickly and informally.
If you still aren't satisfied you can make a formal complaint (to find out more go to the 'How to make a formal complaint' page) and your concern will be dealt with through our complaints procedure.
Do you have a compliment?
If one of our staff or contractor has done something well and exceeded your expectations we would love to hear from you. Your compliment will be passed to the person involved and also help us continually improve our service.
Do you have a suggestion?
If you have an idea or suggestion that you think might help us improve we would love to hear from you. We will report back to you what we have done with your suggestion, after consideration by the relevant service manager. New, good ideas will be adopted, but the priority for actioning them may vary from 3 months to 2 years depending on other factors.
