Customer Services and our offices will be closed for the festive season. If you call 0300 303 1010 outside our opening hours, you will automatically be put through to an emergency service.

Ways to pay
- Direct debit: If you pay by direct debit and we are due to collect payment on the 2nd Jan we will be collecting this on the 3rd Jan. To set up a direct debit call us on 0300 303 1010
- Post office: You can pay at any post office. Check local opening times
- Payzone: Pay at any shop that displays a payzone symbol. Check local opening times
- Phone: Call Customer Services on 0300 303 1010 to pay by debit or credit card
