Paying your rent

Paradigm has a range of ways for you to pay your rent and service charges. You can make payments to us by any of the following methods:

• If you have a bank account, the most convenient way to pay is by direct debit
• At any Post Office by cash, cheque or debit card (you will need your Paradigm rent card)
• At any outlet that displays the payzone sign by cash or debit card. To find your nearest payzone outlet click here
• Over the phone by calling 0300 303 1010 (a surcharge will apply if you use a credit card but not if you use a debit card)
• Pay securely online
• Post a cheque to 1 Glory Park Avenue, Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire, HP10 0DF (please include your tenancy number)
• At Paradigm's offices by cheque or debit card.
