Premier service club
Overview
Paradigm's Premier Service Club has been set up as a way to reward customers who conduct their tenancies appropriately.
We recognise the need for new and existing customers to be offering something different to other housing associations and our aim with Premier Service is to improve how we work together with our customers, so we both benefit.
In particular we want to work together to help build feelings of:
- responsibility
- ownership
- independence
- self-worth
- choice
- influence
We want to encourage you to:
- pay rent regularly
- get on well with your neighbours
- look after your home
... and we want to share the benefits of us working together through the Premier Service Club
Who can join the Club?
The majority of Paradigm customers. Anyone with a:
- tenancy agreement
- shared-owners and leaseholders
- homeless residents in temporary accommodation
Eligibility criteria

Be a Paradigm resident
- Pay your rent on time for six weeks or consistently pay your rent agreement for 12 weeks AND
- Keep to your conditions of your tenancy (have no outstanding debts i.e. chargable repairs, no NOSP for ASB, court order, written warning about tenancy breach)
- New tenants have to be a tenant for 12 weeks and meet the above.
How to join the Premier Service Club
You can ring Customer Services on 0300 303 1010. Equally you can advise us that you don't want to be a Club member. Speak to any member of staff. If you would like to receive your Welcome Pack in an alternative format or language, please advise us.
What happens next?
We will send all eligible customers a Welcome Pack within 14 days. You do not have to apply for the pack, but please advise us if you prefer to decline Premier Service membership or if you live in Sheltered or Supported accommodation or you or a member of your family has a registered disability. The reason for letting us know is that you have a greater chance of winning the monthly PIPS prize draw, which is for DIY vouchers to improve your home or labour to help decorate a room or improve the garden.

You will need to read the quarterly Paradigm People magazine, which is sent to all customers, to read up on all the new competitions and prize draws available to Members and the winners of previous competitions.
