Rent statements
You will receive a rent statement from us, by post, once a year which will tell you how much rent you owe.
If you would like a copy of your rent statement at any other time then please speak to your Tenancy Neighbourhood Officer or call our Customer Services team on 0300 303 1010.
Can I view my rent statement online?
Paradigm have developed a secure area so that you can view your account details, such as rent and account balance. The service is available from 6am to 10:30pm, 7 days a week.
