Responsibility for repairs to your home is shared between us and you.

We are responsible for the maintenance and most of the repairs to the structure and outside of your home, to ensure it is in good condition. We are also responsible for any fixtures and fittings inside your home which we have provided, such as kitchen units, pipes and heating systems. This responsibility covers fair wear and tear only.
