Report a repair
As a Paradigm tenant you can expect repair work to be done quickly and efficiently. You can report a repair in a number of ways.
Ways to report a repair
1. By calling our Customer Services team on 0300 303 1010
When requesting a repair you will be asked some questions by Customer Services staff which will enable us to identify the particular problem and help us to help you to get your repair carried out first time. Our Customer Services team are available to deal with your call from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
2. By email
Report your repair by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Use email for non-emergencies only. If you email us, please give us as much information as possible and a contact phone number.
3. Visit a local office
Visit our reception area at our local office in Chesham. The full postal address can be found in Contact Us
Paradigm has developed a secure online service called myParadigm, where you can report repairs and view other details relating to your home. The service should not be used for emergency repairs. Click on the image below and enter your details as required.
Getting the right repair
- If it is an emergency, it will be done within 24 hours
- Otherwise it will be done within 15 days unless otherwise stated
An appointment will normally be scheduled at the first point of contact and agreed at a time convenient to you. To see examples of an emergency or other types of repair then click here
We will always consider vulnerable tenants' issues on all repair types and act accordingly.
