Renting a home - new customers
If you are looking to rent a property there are four options available to you. We are here to help you secure the right option for you. If you need to speak to someone, please call us on 0300 303 1010.
Social-rented housing
We have a range of homes across our area allocated for social housing needs. The majority of these have to be applied for through a process called 'choice-based lettings'. Click here to find out more about choice-based lettings.
If you are looking for social-rented housing in the following areas: Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes or Oxfordshire, you will need to contact the local council to register with them for housing. Click here for council contact details
Sheltered housing
'Independent living' for people aged 55 or over. Accommodation is in flats or bungalows. All schemes have access to a 24-hour emergency call system. Click here to find out more about sheltered housing.

Market rental
Paradigm has a number of properties which it lets directly - much like estate and letting agents. Anyone can enquire about renting these homes. Click here to find out more about market rental.
Part-rent, part-buy
If you cannot afford to buy a house outright, it is possible to buy part of the property and pay rent on the rest. This is called 'shared-ownership'. Click here for our dedicated shared-ownership website - Paradigm Living
