Paradigm own and manage a number of sheltered housing schemes in the Buckinghamshire area. Paradigm's sheltered housing is available to people aged over 55 and provides accommodation in flats or bungalows. All schemes have access to the services of a sheltered housing officer and to a 24-hour emergency call system.

Our sheltered schemes do not provide nursing care but do offer an environment where older people can have peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that should there be a crisis support and assistance is never far away.

Schemes have a variety of communal facilities available such as a resident's lounge, laundry, guest room, lift, communal garden and beauty suite. All schemes have a secure door entry for increased security.

All flats have:

• Thermostatically regulated central heating
• Fitted kitchen and bathroom
• Emergency pull cords
• Speech modules located throughout the flat
• TV and phone sockets
