Paying your rent

Paradigm has a range of ways for you to pay your rent and service charges. You can make payments to us by any of the following methods:

• If you have a bank account, the most convenient way to pay is by direct debit or standing order 
• At any Post Office by cash, cheque or debit card
• At any outlet that displays the payzone sign by cash or direct debit
• At any Post Office using your Paradigm rent card, by cash, cheque or debit card.
• Over the phone by calling 0300 303 1010 (a credit card surcharge will apply)
• Pay securely online   
• Post a cheque to 1 Glory Park Avenue, Woburn Green, Buckinghamshire, HP10 0DF (please include your tenancy number)
• At Paradigm's offices in Chesham or Ruislip by cheque or debit card.
