About Us

Paradigm Housing Group was established in April 1999 and provides a wide range of housing and support services throughout the South, East Midlands and West London. The Group includes Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association and Paradigm Commercial.

The Group has a turnover of £68.9 million (2008/09) with total assets of approximately £745 million (2008/09).

We operate across three Homes and Communities Agency investment regions: South, East and West London. We have gained four green lights from the Housing Corporation (now the Tenancy Services Authority) together with Preferred Development Partner status under the National Affordable Housing Programme.

Our 270 staff currently manage over 10,600 homes and having received a 2008/09 allocation grant of £35m under the National Affordable Housing Programme, we aim to build and acquire a further 1,800 affordable, well designed, good quality homes for rent and sale over the next two years.

Paradigm is more than just a housing provider, it provides a range of care and support services to just under 25,000 people. Our stock portfolio contains a diverse mix of tenures including; affordable rent, shared-ownership, key worker housing, foyer accommodation, supported housing, private sale and private rental.

We are certified members of the QHS (Quality Housing Services) scheme, a proud member of Respect, Stonewall, part of the national housing association project iN business and were the first English-based company to join the Happy to Translate initiative. Paradigm has attained the construction industry's Client Charter Status and previously held accreditation from Investors in People
