Call us at a time that suits you
From September 8, Paradigm’s Customer Services team will be available to answer your calls from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday. We hope customers will find it easier to call us, at a time that suits them.
After these hours, calls will automatically be switched through to an emergency service. The number to call is always 0300 303 1010.

Alison and the Mayor welcome European guests
Paradigm Housing hosted an inspiring training course for 32 youth workers from seven countries at the Green Park Training and Conference Centre, Aston Clinton August 31 to Sept 8.
Chief Executive, Alison Hadden said: "We sponsored a number of our residents to attend Youth in Action courses in Germany and Poland and the passion they brought back inspired us to offer to host this event.”
