Wherever you live, you can report a repair by telephoning Customer Services on 0300 303 1010, where a member of our trained staff will be able to help you. Or, you can register online for our online services by clicking on "Account Details" button. [link opens in a new window]

Getting the right repair

Ordering the correct repair at the first time of asking saves a lot of time for both you and our contractors. When ordering a repair you will be asked some questions by our Customer Services staff to enable us to identify the particular problem and help us to get your repair carried out first time.

What will happen once I have reported the repair?

In some cases, especially for larger repair requests, a maintenance officer may visit your home to inspect the problem prior to ordering the repair. Once the inspection has been completed the officer will arrange for the repair to be carried out.

For simpler repair requests, Customer Services will issue a works order direct to the contractor.

When will the contractor visit my property?

An appointment can normally be arranged when you first contact us and at a time convenient to you.
