Associations & Accreditations
Paradigm Housing is associated with a number of organisations. Below are some of them:
Respect Agenda : The Respect Agenda is a cross Government strategy tackling anti-social behaviour and its causes.
It aims to embed a culture of respect in Housing Management activities through a balanced approach involving prevention, early intervention, enforcement and support thus giving our residents the confidence that ASB will be tackled.
Investors in People : Investors in People is all about business improvement. The approach can transform an organisation's performance by targeting the business' chosen priorities.
Best Companies Accreditation : Best Companies Accreditation awards an elite ‘Michelin style’ star rating system for organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement. Based on staff feedback, companies receive a Best Companies index score that determines their star rating compared to a fixed standard.
Of the 410 UK companies which received the accreditation in 2010, Paradigm was one of only 220 that achieved a first class ranking.
Positive About Disabled People : If an employer uses this symbol, it means they are positive about employing disabled people and will be keen to know about your abilities.
The symbol is awarded by Jobcentre Plus to employers in England, Scotland and Wales who have made commitments to employ, keep and develop the abilities of disabled staff.

In Business for Neighbourhoods : Housing associations provide community wardens, school holiday clubs, healthy eating classes and low cost loans.
In Business for Neighbourhoods add to that and have built schools, police stations and doctors’ surgeries. They support people with learning difficulties and care for older people. They also provide temporary and permanent homes for people who find themselves homeless.
Stonewall : The aim of Stonewall is to create a professional lobbying group that prevents attacks on lesbians, gay men and bisexuals from ever occurring again. Stonewall has subsequently put the case for equality on the mainstream political agenda by winning support within all the main political parties and now has offices in England, Scotland and Wales.
