It's that time again - when we ask our residents what they think about us and the services we provide. A customer satisfaction survey will be going out to residents later this week.

This years' survey is called STAR (Survey of Tenants and Residents) and is very similar to the type of survey we used when we last gathered customer satisfaction information in February and March 2010.

STAR will allow us to ask different customers; general needs customers, sheltered-housing customers, supported-housing customers and homeowners to tell us about the services we provide.

An external research company called BMG will send out the questionnaires and analyse and report on the returns. Customers' feedback is confidential and the surveys will be sent out to a random sample of general needs tenants and all sheltered-housing and supported-housing tenants.

If you do receive a survey, we are very keen to hear your comments, so please complete it as soon as you can and return it to BMG in the postage paid envelope provided.
