Robert Napier, Chairman, Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) opened Paradigm’s new apartment buildings in Chalfont St Giles, Bucks, on May 17 and presented a bouquet of flowers to the first resident, Anita White.
Paradigm is scheduled to refurbish several thousand kitchens over the next few years, with 450 being replaced this year alone.
Close to 40 residents attended an innovative ‘speed dating’ event on 20 April to help residents get involved with the company.
