Community Involvement Manager
I have been working at Paradigm for the last eight years as a Customer Involvement Manager.
Working with my team of three and the rest of the organisation, this role involves encouraging two-way dialogue and engagement between Paradigm and our 25,000 residents. Doing this leads to improved services, increased customer satisfaction and better decision making.
My day can be very varied. It can consist of having catch-ups with my team, supporting the organisation’s Equality and Diversity Group, writing reports so they can be presented at resident board meetings or joining members of the community to see how they have benefited from the grants available to residents from Paradigm.
I really consider it a privilege to work at Paradigm as there is a really friendly culture. One of the elements that I particularly think work together is the fact there is strong leadership from the top, coupled with a great open door policy. This gives you the opportunity to meet, ask questions and discuss suggestions with senior management.
