This week (19 – 25 July) marks the UK’s first ever ASB Awareness Week.
Reports of anti-social behaviour are on the rise. Housing providers, councils and police forces across the UK have reported a large increase in ASB cases during COVID lockdowns. This has a huge impact on victims and local communities.
ASB is a complex issue and there is no single solution to dealing with it. What may work for one case may not work on another.
We’re focused on working closely with our customers to tackle instances of anti-social behaviour and on putting effective measures in place to stop it from occurring. That’s why we have a Tenancy Intervention and Enforcement team with expert ASB case managers, to support our customers if ASB cases do arise.
