You can raise a routine repair by visiting myParadigm or by emailing CustomerServices.repairs@paradigmhousing.co.uk. We will process your request when we return in January.
You can still make a payment using our automated payment line by calling 0300 303 1010 and selecting option 1. Find out more about ways to pay on our website.
