You’ll still be able to raise an emergency repair during this time; you can either call our customer services line and hold to be connected to our out-of-hours provider or call them directly on 0141 539 3182.

To raise a routine repair over the Christmas period, login to the myParadigm portal or email customerservices.repairs@paradigmhousing.co.uk.

To pay your rent, dial 0300 303 1010, pressing option 1 to be transferred to our payment line which operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Please note demand for our services will be high on 2 January which may result in long waiting times or a delay in responding to your email.
