Coronavirus – information for stakeholders

We are carefully monitoring the situation regarding coronavirus and are following the advice issued by the government. Following the latest guidance, we will be reducing the number of staff in our offices to a minimum.

Our key priority is to keep our staff and residents safe and so, with this in mind, we will only be doing emergency repairs, gas servicing and dealing with urgent housing enquiries. Our phone lines remain open but are expecting to be busy over the coming days.

We are following the guidance around self-isolation and have established clear procedures, which we have communicated to both residents and staff. This includes taking proactive measures to identify residents who are self-isolating.

We will update this page as necessary as the situation evolves. If you have any queries, please contact communications@paradigmhousing.co.uk.

You can email your invoices to creditor.invoices@paradigmhousing.co.uk

This will enable us to continue processing your invoices during this time.

Please do not send us invoices by post as this will lead to significant delays in processing your invoices.
