We want your help to make sure we provide an excellent service to all of our residents.
Our new Resident Services Panel will provide an opportunity for 12 residents to work closely with Paradigm, challenging how we operate, making sure we meet the standards we say we will and making recommendations for improvement.
You will also have the opportunity to train for an accreditation award in Resident Scrutiny and will receive £500 per annum including travel expenses.
