Customer focus groups

We are working with an independent company called Hellon to conduct research into how our residents experience our services, to help us understand what it’s like to be a Paradigm customer.

Hellon and their partner Criteria Qualitative Fieldwork will be randomly selecting and inviting some of our residents to a focus group later this month. Selected participants will be contacted by phone over the next two weeks.

They will also be inviting some residents to participate in telephone or face to face interviews to talk about their experience of being a Paradigm tenant in more detail.

Participation is optional but is a great opportunity to get involved and share your experience as a Paradigm customer.
