Customer insight and involvement

We are committed to listening to customer views and providing opportunities for you to get involved with us. We believe that customers play an important role in helping us to shape, develop and improve services.

Examples of how our customers got involved to help us in 2017 include;

  • Supporting with the development and testing of our new corporate website
  • The Residents Forum provided feedback and suggested improvements for our repairs responsibility information to tenants
  • Our Resident Quality Inspectors continued to help us monitor the standards of our estates and properties prior to letting – completing over 250 inspections

Recently, we have been working on developing a new Customer Insight and Involvement approach. We held a consultation event with customers to outline and discuss our proposals and also obtained customer feedback via surveying. This feedback has helped shape our new approach where we will look to engage a wider audience building on more digital opportunities for you to have your say. We will also be increasingly asking residents to help us scrutinise our services.
