We have two exciting opportunities for residents to influence the way we deliver our services.

Both roles would suit residents who are available within working hours and are looking to learn new skills and gain valuable experience. No qualifications are necessary and full training will be provided.

Resident Procurement Panel Members help us when we look for new contracts or service providers. You’ll have the chance to review the specification for new contracts, and will be part of the evaluation panel that considers which provider best meets the criteria. Click here to find out more.

Resident Quality Inspectors visit our estates to inspect and assess the communal areas from a resident’s perspective, making sure the cleaning and grounds maintenance is up to scratch. Click here to find out more.
