How do I apply?

We do not hold our own waiting lists for properties. Most of our homes are let to people nominated by the council.

Your first step is to register for housing with your local council. Once your application has been accepted, you will be able to bid for available properties that meet your needs. This is known as choice based lettings and most of our local councils use this process.

If your bid for a Paradigm home is accepted, we will discuss the property details and your circumstances with you, before inviting you to view the home. Please note you will be expected to pay four weeks rent in advance if you do sign up to a Paradigm tenancy.
