In this month’s newsletter, we included lots of information to help you prevent damp and mould, and included advice on what to do if you have damp and mould in your homes.
First homes at Oak Farm in Milcombe nearly ready

We’re excited to share the latest photos from our lovely rural development site at Oak Farm Drive in Milcombe, Oxfordshire!
12 homes, including seven for affordable rent and five for shared ownership, are due to be completed at the end of this month and we are looking forward to welcoming our first residents.
These homes are part of a development of 40 homes, 23 affordable rent and 17 shared ownership, being built in partnership with Living Space. The homes will have air source heat pumps to provide residents with sustainable, cost-saving heating technology.
