Free training course to help you into work

Posted on the 23rd June 2017

Do you know someone who is leaving school this summer and looking for their next step?

ToolShed, a social enterprise based in High Wycombe,  is running a free construction skills course starting in September 2017 with training in skills such as carpentry, painting and decorating, gardening as well as functional skills maths and English.

The organisation, which is supported by the Paradigm Foundation, helps young people build meaningful lives, offers training, personal development and business mentoring – and their training courses are a stepping stone to further training or work.

The next course starts on September 6 2017 and runs three days a week until July 2018. Participants have the chance to gain their CSCS card as well as a Level 1 Diploma in Skills for Employment, Training and Personal Development.

If you want to find out  more you can attend an open day on Thursday 11 May  from 3.30pm to 7pm at the Toolshed offices:

Bakers House, 41 Baker Street, High Wycombe HP11 2RX

In the meantime if you want any more information call 01494 436642 or email info@toolshedbucks.co.uk
