Gas repairs – summer priority times

From 17 May and as the weather improves, we will be moving towards our summer repair timescales for heating and hot water.

Initially, we will be working to the following priority times:

  • If you have no hot water, we continue to aim to attend within 24 hours – we understand access to hot water for hand washing is especially important during COVID.
  • If you have no heating, we will aim to attend within 5 working days.

After a month we plan to return to our normal summer timescales, which are 15 days for heating and hot water repairs. However this will be reviewed in line with the Governments roadmap out of lockdown and current COVID guidance.

You should continue to report repairs in the usual way via our contact centre (0300 303 1010).
