Earlier this year we made some changes to the way we manage Anti-social Behaviour cases, following your feedback. We want to continue to improve and make sure you are satisfied with the service you receive which is why we are working with Resolve, the UK’s centre for ASB excellence, to review our new service. They will help us identify where we are doing well and where we can improve further.
We would value your input in helping us continue to develop and shape our service. Below is a link to our Resolve ASB survey, which gives you an opportunity to be heard on a number of key areas around ASB management and community safety. All answers go directly to Resolve and are anonymous.
