Introducing Paradigm On Track

We have launched a great new service to improve communication between Paradigm and our customers: Paradigm On Track.

Paradigm On Track is a mobile phone-based improvement to our repairs service which will help our customers plan their day around their Paradigm appointment by keeping them informed by text every step of the way. Paradigm On Track updates the customer with our engineer’s expected arrival time, tracks their journey to the customer’s home and then, once the appointment is finished, invites the customer to give us feedback to let us know how everything went.
