Nicola leads the finance function for the Group including Corporate Finance, Financial Services and Financial Operations.

Nicola is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with over 20 years of experience in the social housing sector. Nicola spent five years at Notting Hill Housing, then Notting Hill Genesis as the Director of Financial Services.

Leke is responsible for leadership and technical expertise on treasury, development finance, strategic asset management finance and long term planning. Leke is also an independent member of the Audit and Risk Committee at the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
Prior to Paradigm, Leke worked at L&Q where he was head of development finance for schemes outside London. Prior to working at L&Q Leke was a real estate financial advisor at Grant Thornton where he advised local councils, housing associations and developers on funding, development finance and long term planning. Leke holds a MSc in Finance & Management from the University of Loughborough and is a CFA charterholder.
