Our Resident Services Panel (RSP) are looking for new members!
The RSP is a group of Paradigm customers who monitor the performance of our housing services, such as repairs, compliance and neighbourhood management.
They are a scrutiny group, which means they ask us questions, challenge our performance and investigate where they think there could be issues that could affect our customers, and where improvements can be made.
RSP Chair George Assibey has a message for those who are interested: “We have room for more members to join us, and would love you to
consider becoming a member of the RSP. You will be given the right training, equipment and incentives to help you become an effective member. It is challenging but rewarding.”
