We recently began working with Bierce Technical Services, who specialise in gas quality control and technical support.
The company, who will help us to carry out inspections of gas servicing, gas installations and check completed Landlord Gas Safety Records, will work alongside us for the next three months.
This means that you may be contacted by Bierce to carry out these inspections, which may also include a visit to your home.
Please remember that if we are visiting you, we will be carrying details of the work on a sheet of paper or on an electronic device, so you should ask to see these details.
If you are in doubt, do not let the caller in.
You can always call our customer services team on 0300 303 1010 and they will be able to confirm if they are genuine callers or not.
