Last units completed at new development in Buckingham

Posted on the 7th February 2018

We are pleased to announce that the last units have completed at the London Road development on the outskirts of Buckingham at Pillow Way.

Handover took place last week for the last eight units, marking the completion of this large S106 development. Over the seven year period of the development we have worked with three different contractors, Bovis, Barratt and David Wilson Homes in six separate phases.

The eight affordable rented one bedroom flats and maisonettes complete the final phase of this development for Paradigm of 126 rented and 104 shared ownership homes.

The London Road development is proving very popular because of its convenient location between Oxford, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and Northampton. The area is also well served with a variety of schools, health services, shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.
