It’s very important to us that our customers are able to enjoy living in their homes and communities.
Last year, we carried out a short snapshot survey of residents who have reported anti-social behaviour (ASB) to us as we wanted to know more about what was important to you, where we were doing well and where we needed to improve.
We have taken this feedback on board and have made changes to the way we manage ASB.
We have created a small, focused team of specialist ASB Case Managers to deal with reports of ASB from start to finish.
Using a team of specialists to address your ASB concerns gives us the ability to apply greater focus on ASB, with Case Managers using their skills, links to partner agencies and knowledge day-in, day-out to resolve cases more quickly and effectively.
It also allows for greater consistency of service across all of our homes, so if you are experiencing ASB, whether you live in Wycombe or Welwyn, Chesham or Cheshunt, you’ll be allocated a named Case Manager – an experienced, knowledgeable ASB specialist – who will work with you from day one to address your concerns.
We are carrying out more research on recently opened and closed cases, so that we can continue to understand what is important to you and how we can improve our ASB service.
