Repairs
Thank you for your patience over the last few months while we have been prioritising urgent repairs and work that can be done outside or in communal areas.

From Monday 8 March, we will start doing some non-urgent jobs.

If you have already reported a repair to us, there is no need to ring us again – we have it logged and will contact you to book it in.

If you have a new non-urgent job, please continue to call us. We will log it for you but you may still need to wait longer than usual before we are able to attend. We expect to start scheduling new non-urgent jobs from early May.

We continue to attend all emergency and urgent jobs as usual, as well as gas safety and compliance work.

Sales and lettings
Our sales and lettings teams will continue working as usual.

Mutual exchanges
We will be restarting mutual exchanges from 8 March, as long as nobody in the home is shielding and the other landlord is also happy to go ahead
