Shared owners own a proportion of their home, usually paid for through a mortgage, and rent the rest from us.
Paying your rent is an important part of your lease. Rent is calculated according to the terms in your lease and increases are usually calculated using a formula based on the Retail Price Index for the previous September. They are then applied from the following April.
You can view your rent statements at any time by logging on to our secure, online service called myparadigm. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with statements updated overnight.
To register to use myparadigm you will need a valid email address and your six-digit tenancy reference number.
