      Repairs for tenants

      As a Paradigm resident, it’s your responsibility as well as ours to look after your home. So you will need to carry out minor repairs to your property – like changing a lightbulb or unblocking a sink. You can find out more about which repairs you and Paradigm are responsible for, and what is classed as an emergency below.

      Please note, a repair is treated as an emergency if there is an imminent and severe risk of danger to yourself, your home or the public. If you think you may have an emergency repair you should contact us immediately on 0300 303 1010.
