New homes in Oxon, Bucks and Bedford

We are proud to showcase some of our new developments that support our aim to provide high quality affordable and sustainable homes to those in need of housing.

Blackthorn Road, Launton

Working with Mulberry Homes, our first six new homes are completed at the lovely rural village of Launton near Bicester. Three of the two bedroom houses are for affordable rent and three for shared ownership.

There are a further 17 homes to complete the development, another four shared ownership and 13 affordable rent with a mix of flats and houses.

Addison Road, Steeple Claydon 

Seven new houses built by Tilia Homes were completed at Addison Road, Steeple Claydon, Bucks, two for shared ownership and five for affordable rent.

The site is in a great location in the rural village of Steeple Claydon which is between Aylesbury and Buckingham.

Stewartby

Working with Persimmon and Charles Church, we have five new houses for affordable rent at our development site at Stewartby in Bedford.
