Paradigm is pleased to celebrate Rural Housing Week by shining a spotlight on our lovely new developments in Steeple Claydon and Shillington.
Lucky families in Bucks moved in to our new development at Hobbs Close in Steeple Claydon at the end of March.
Steeple Claydon is a beautiful rural village located between Aylesbury and Buckingham and comes under the Aylesbury Vale DC.
The ten houses at Hobbs Close consists five 2 bedroom and five 3 bedroom houses all for affordable rent.
We also have eight fabulous new shared ownership properties that have been quickly snapped up in Hanscombe Meadow. The properties are providing a boost of much needed housing in the rural village of Shillington, Bedfordshire.
Hanscombe Meadow is in a great location in a peaceful environment but with lots of village amenities, such as pubs, churches, a village hall and shops.
