Pay the easy way by setting up a Direct Debit

Direct Debits are a safe and easy way of paying your rent.

All you have to do is tell us when you would like the money to be collected from your bank account. You can choose when to make your payment from a number of options;

  • Weekly, two weekly or four weekly on a Monday
  • Monthly on the 1st or 15th of the month.

If your rent amount changes, the Direct Debit will change automatically – you won’t have to do anything.

We will always give you a minimum of 5 days’ notice of a change to your payment amount.

All payments made by Direct Debit are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme.
