We are aware that some customers are being contacted by disrepair companies claiming to be working with Paradigm. We are not working with any such companies.
If you are unsure about the identity of any caller, please do not give them any personal information. If a technician arrives at your house, please check that they have their Paradigm identification with them before allowing them to enter.
