Rent increase reminder

From April 4, the start of next week, your rent will be increasing. You will have received a letter explaining this to you,  but if you have any more questions, you can read the FAQs about the rent increase here, or give us a call on 0300 303 1010.

If you receive Universal Credit, it is important that you don’t update your information until Monday and no earlier. If you try and update your UC details before the rent increases, you will have to repeat the process on Monday, April 4. This is because our team are unable to provide a rent change to UC for a future date.
