Supporting vulnerable residents

Posted on the 6th April 2020

We know that many people are struggling with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have already written to residents to reassure you that you will not lose your home if you suffer a loss of income during this crisis.

The safety of our residents is a top priority for us. We have identified some of our residents who may be more vulnerable, for many reasons, such as age or health conditions and are calling them to see how they are doing. We have staff calling customers to find out if they have the basics such as food, fuel and medicine and also whether they are struggling financially.

Once any difficulties have been identified, referrals will be made to the relevant Paradigm team to offer help and support.

We will be making these calls over the next few weeks to as many people as possible, prioritising those with the highest needs, but if you would like to talk to us more urgently contact our Customer Service team on 0300 303 1010.

You can find more information about paying your rent, repairs and other services during the coronavirus epidemic on our website here.
