Then why not sign up to be part of our ‘Virtual Voices’ customer group?
We will contact all Virtual Voices members when we need customer views and ask if you’d like to give feedback on that particular subject. If you’re interested, we may send you a quick survey, arrange a call with you, or invite you to a focus group (incentives may be offered for taking part).
An example could be giving your thoughts and feedback on our contact centre opening hours.
You can get involved in as many or as few opportunities as you’d like and it’s quick and easy to share your views.
